Two years later, friends set her up on a date. Halfway through the conversation, he said, “We’ve actually met before.”
It was the same person.

He hadn’t stood her up at all, he’d left to grab something, arriving just as she was leaving. That near-miss became the heart of ‘26’.

Now, ten years on, the pair have just married. Too bloody cute. The world needs more of these warm fuzzies.
